U.S. Shipping Policy
Most orders are typically shipped the following business day from the time you place an order. However, in a few situations shipping may take longer. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
All orders are shipped from Nevada. Allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Urban Medicine Woman cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or any service interruptions, etc.
Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. For expedited orders, please refer to your shipping options during the checkout process. Expedited fees will apply.
Unfortunately, currently international shipments are not available. However, should you want to have a special shipment outside of the U.S., please contact us and we will review your request.

Do I need a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA#)?
Yes! Please read the return policy below to fully understand if and how your return is eligible. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the details and your order ID# to start the process to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the return to be reviewed.
How do I ship back my return?
Make sure you have your RMA# (no refund will be processed without a RMA#)
- Step 1 – Close any oil lids and caps tightly before repacking to avoid leaking.
- Step 2 – Include in the return package your order ID# and your RMA#.
- Step 3 – Mail the item (s) back to us at the address below.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible to pay the shipping fees on all returns.
Will the original shipping fees be refunded?
The original shipping fees are not credited back for returned orders. Only the amount of purchased products are refunded (see below for eligibility).

How do I return a collection set or bundled items?
Please note that collection sets or bundled items need to be returned with all items for a refund. Products purchased as part of a set must be returned in its entirety.
What happen if my product arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, within seven (7) days of receipt, please email us a photo of the damaged product(s) to email@example.com and our customer care team will be happy to assist you and assess the problem by issuing a RMA# for a replacement.
What if my order is missing something?
If your shipment is missing a product or has not arrived, please email us your order ID# and information at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
What if I already used a product before returning?
Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if a significant amount of product has been used.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at email@example.com. While we cannot guarantee any changes to be made to the order once it has been placed, we will try our best to accommodate. If we were not able to change or cancel the order, upon its arrival, please write "Return to Sender" on the unopened package and dispatch it to the appropriate mail carrier. Once we receive the package back in our facility, we will issue a full product refund.
