Sensualité Symphony: Orchestrating Fragrance to Awaken the Senses

Middle English (denoting the animal side of human nature): from Old French Sensualité, from late Latin Sensualitas. 

The condition of being pleasing or fulfilling to the senses. "life can dazzle with its sensuality, its color" Or my favorite- Lack of self control, “absence of restraint”.

So many magical things you can do with this word. I created a synergy, a natural perfume with one intention – to awaken the sensory body. Get out of your head. Lose your self-CONTROL. Such a beautiful idea. 

As in all my blends I tell a story.

Here is my Sensualité Story:

The platform, base of this blend is Geranium and Sandalwood essential oils.

Geranium - is the conductor of this symphony of the senses. She brings everything into balance.

Sandalwood - is like the cello. She is very grounding. She quiets the mind and body.

Patchouli - is like the orchestra bells. Easily jumping in front so it is important for the conductor to keep her on the quieter side. Patchouli has an inspirational, uplifting energy and tends to stay throughout the music. She, along with Sandalwood, will stay with you the longest.

Ylang Ylang - is like a flute. She complements all the instruments bringing a gentle floral note. She is a large bouquet of flowers for the conductor to honor all her work balancing everything.

Mandarin - and finally, although she is a top note, I bring in Mandarin. Mandarin is like the symbols. She puts joy right out in front.

Side effect: The scent is amazing!
